Any excavator loading application will see real financial benefits through the use of the X2350, while the flexible feature set of the X2350 makes it suitable for common bucket excavator applications, including pit-loading, construction, truck load out, crusher feeding, landscaping and material handling.
The X2350 provides your operator with a powerful tool to help them improve loading accuracy without slowing down the operation of the excavator. By ensuring your loads are at their maximum capacity the first time, you can lower your haulage cost per ton. Plus, by accurately weighing you can ensure your trucks are loaded to the correct value and avoid overload fines.
The X2350 allows you to track loads by material, customer, truck and job ID through its one-touch scroll key interface. The one-touch scroll key interface allows you to quickly and easily select pre-configured load information. You can also monitor project progress with built in KPI reporting. You can also monitor daily totals of multiple types of material. When used with a LOADRITE printer or LOADRITE MMS software, the X2350 can be used to generate operation reports from the cab of your excavator.
Proprietary algorithms provided through the Multi Directional Compensation technology gives you the power to weight on your excavator without any restrictions. The Adjusting weighing zone technology provides you with the built in flexibility to configure your excavator to accurately weigh when you are loading from different levels. Ground Slope Compensation technology ensures uneven ground doesn’t become a barrier to accurate weighing with multiple angle sensors.
The X2350 provides you with several operating modes. Target loading eliminates mental arithmetic by counting down from the specified maximum load while Split Loading allows you to load truck and trailer combinations to their maximum capacity. Overload Alarms will alert your operator if the bucket load is going to exceed the truck’s target weight or if the lifted weight exceeds the maximum amount that machine is capable of handling. The programmable output mode uses sensor readings and calculations to indicate when specific events occur, such as overloading.
The X2350 is designed to handle tough conditions having been subjected to a rigorous testing program that includes extreme temperatures (-130°F to 248°F) and all-axis random vibration over 40G. Operator training is provided at the time of installation to ensure you get the maximum benefits of the X2350 from the very beginning.
