QML800
The two lasers that make up the Spectra Precision® QML800 QuickMark Layout system communicates in wireless mode and is controlled by an Android tablet with an intuitive interface. It is ideal for drywall contractors, MEP contractors, general contractors, construction managers and architects.
Simply calibrate the QML800 system by aligning the two lasers together and defining the origin point and a scale. Using a CAD or CSV file export, you can enter the point from any drawing. When all points are uploaded on the tablet, select a point and the lasers will rotate to create a bright, visible X where it is located within a few seconds.

The QML800 is fast, efficient and easy to use with many possibilities to select the point. You can select the point directly from the map or by entering in its coordinates or from a list of points previously uploaded. No calculations are required when laying out complicated shapes, arcs and curves. The QML800 turns days spent performing layout into a matter of hours with accuracy improved and errors are not compounded from point to point. This results in the layout being completed before other trades arrive.
Set up of the QML800 is quick and requires minimal training and eliminates the need for users to have a surveying background. Overall, the QML800 can reduce your labor by up to 50 percent.
