Holistically improve your quarry’s loadout operation through performance metric tracking, job data automation and real-time 360 degree job visibility with the LOADRITE™ 360 (LR360) connected solution. The LR360 can provide you with greater efficiency, improved visibility and higher product sales by connecting the loader with the scale house and providing you with data sharing of loadout jobs. You can also use the LR360 to decrease rework and miscommunications as it wirelessly syncs data between the loader and scale house.
Upon the arrival of empty trucks, weight is recorded and the material request data is entered into the POS. Job details are wirelessly transmitted to the loader, displayed in the cab in a prioritized list. The loader operator works of the top of the list, knowing exactly what material to load in to what truck based on its ID, and ensure the truck is loaded with precisely its target weight. When the job has been completed, the data is returned to the scale house.
The LR360 also automatically adjusts billing via the scale house POS system before the truck arrives to tare out. Quarry managers can see loadout operation in real-time when using the LR360 to see a clear view of workload, productivity and performance. This helps reduce double entry work and data entry errors for the operators and scale house attendants, while accurate on-screen job data reduces error-prone verbal comms chatter and allows for more loading time.
The in-cab prioritized job list can help empower your operators to deliver faster when there is a sense of urgency and priority across the site. The list also gives them a richer picture of the job queue and helps reduce verbal communication, errors and truck waiting time.
The LR360 performance reports track loader metrics across multiple or individual loaders, including tonnes per hour, actual time spent on truck loading activities and loader operator efficiency, which can be used to highlight staff training needs.
Managers can monitor site production and performance from anywhere at any time when they use the LR360 with the InsightHQ cloud reporting option. InsightHQ can provide visibility across the entire operation when LOADRITE hardware is used in the pit, processing and loadout zones.
Each loadout has the truck and payload measured three time with the LR360 – once upon arrival at the truck scale, once at loadout on the loader scale and at departure when true payload is verified. By measuring the true truck payload you can maximize tonnage and optimize truck ultilization for the customer while maximizing product sales at the scale house.
The LR360 uses PC software or INsightHQ to view 3 reports: Loading Accuracy Against Target, Truck Cycle Time and Truck List.
