HL760U

HL760U

As a highly versatile laser receiver, the Spectra Precision® HL760U Digital Readout Receiver can be used for both basic and advanced leveling and aligning applications. Designed for general, concrete and site preparation contractors, the HL760U is capable of measuring elevations across the site. The HL760U is ideal for use in any rotating transmitter, including red and green beam lasers.

The elevation is provided through a digital readout on the HL760U and provides a numeric display of +/- 2 inches. This is displayed on the large front and rear LCDs. High and low arrows are also displayed but gone are the days of needing to get “on-grade” to make measurements.

User Guide

The HL760U also shows exactly how far the elevation is from on-grade for fast and easy cut/fill readings. Save time and increase productivity with the HL760U with accurate measurements without having to move the rod clamp. Several units of measure (mm, cm, ft, in or fractional inches) are possible with the HL760U to best meet your application needs.

A 5-inch reception height is more than double the industry standard, allowing you to quickly acquire the laser beam. False readings from site strobe lights are prevented with an anti-strobe sensor. The HL760U can work with another HL760U or a HL760 for long range display and monitoring through radio communication, so the second receiver does not need to be visible (range is up to 260 feet). “Fingerprinting” technology allows the HL760U to be linked with a specific laser. Once paired with a laser transmitter, the HL760U will be able to filter out other lasers that happen to strike it, only accepting the laser it is paired with. Grade matching and PlaneLok are possible when combined with the 400 series lasers.

The HL760U is designed to survive tough construction site conditions. It is waterproof and can withstand a drop of 10 feet onto concrete. A 3-year “No Excuses” warranty is offered by Trimble.
