At SITECH West (“We” or “Us”), protecting your privacy is our priority. By joining SITECH West’s SMS program, you agree to receive recurring text messages (notifications, updates, and reminders) at the mobile number you provide. The messages are subject to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Opt-In Consent

Your participation in our SMS service requires explicit one-to-one consent. This means that by opting in, you consent to receive messages only from SITECH West. We do not share your consent with other companies or third-party entities without your direct approval.

To join our SMS program, you may opt in through the following methods, in compliance with CTIA Best Practices and Federal Communications Commission (FCC) regulatory guidance:

Verbal Consent: You can verbally consent by clearly agreeing to SMS participation after we provide you with our SMS Policy and these SMS Terms and Conditions.
